🧀 The No Name Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheese blend)
1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot — your choice)
1 small can diced green chilies (optional for a kick)
1 tsp taco seasoning or ranch seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix the Base
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add Flavor
Stir in salsa, shredded cheese, chilies, and seasoning (if using).
3. Heat It Up (optional)
Microwave for 2–3 minutes until warm and melty — OR
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
4. Serve
With tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Variations:
Add cooked ground beef, sausage, or shredded chicken for a heartier dip.
Top with sliced green onions, olives, or jalapeños.
