Tiramisu Pudding Cups



⭐ Tiramisu Pudding Cups


Makes: 6–8 cups

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Chill Time: 2 hours minimum

Ingredients:


1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix


1½ cups cold milk


8 oz mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese, softened)


1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), plus more for topping


1 package ladyfinger cookies (or substitute with vanilla wafers or sponge cake)


1 cup brewed coffee or espresso, cooled


2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)


Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting


Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:


1. Make the pudding base

In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Let it sit for 2 more minutes to set.



2. Add mascarpone & whipped topping

Beat the mascarpone into the pudding until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping gently until fully combined.



3. Prepare the coffee dip

In a shallow bowl, combine coffee and coffee liqueur (if using). Quickly dip ladyfingers into the mixture — just 1–2 seconds per side.



4. Assemble the cups

In small cups or jars, layer:


A few broken dipped ladyfingers


A generous spoonful of pudding mixture


Repeat one more layer, finishing with pudding mixture on top


5. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.



6. Top & serve

Just before serving, top with a dollop of whipped topping, dust with cocoa powder, and add chocolate shavings if desired.


๐Ÿซ Optional Variations:


Add a layer of Nutella between the cookies and pudding


Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla


Top with crushed biscotti for a little crunch
