🧄🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster on Toasted Sourdough
Golden, garlicky lobster bathed in herb butter and served on crisp sourdough slices with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Elegant, buttery, and ready in under 30 minutes — no reservation required.
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
🔹 For the Lobster:
1½ cups cooked lobster meat (tail, claw, or mixed), chopped
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
🔹 For the Toast:
2–3 slices of sourdough bread
Olive oil or butter, for toasting
Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Lobster
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chopped lobster and toss gently in the garlic butter until warmed through and fully coated (about 2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
2️⃣ Toast the Sourdough
Brush sourdough slices lightly with olive oil or butter.
Toast in a skillet or oven until golden and crisp on the edges.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve
Spoon the warm garlic butter lobster generously over each slice of toasted sourdough.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan and parsley (if using). Serve immediately!
