🍫 Homemade Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.

Add eggs & vanilla one at a time, whisking quickly so the eggs don’t scramble.

Fold in flour gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Mix in chocolate chips & nuts if using, for extra richness.

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

Cool & cut into squares. For extra fudginess, chill in the fridge before slicing.
