π Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Mix cream cheese filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the pie filling.
4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top (do not mix).
5. Drizzle melted butter evenly across the cake mix layer.
6. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Cool slightly before serving. Best served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
