Succulent Garlic Butter Lobster
🛒 Ingredients
2 whole lobster tails (or 1 whole lobster, split in half)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for color)
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🔪 Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster
If using lobster tails, cut through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears and gently loosen the meat, keeping it attached at the base, then rest it on top of the shell (butterflied).
If using a whole lobster, split it in half lengthwise. Remove the digestive tract and rinse gently.
2. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Preheat & Cook
Preheat oven broiler or grill to high heat.
Place lobster meat side up on a baking tray.
Spread a generous layer of garlic butter over the meat.
Broil or grill for 6–8 minutes, until meat is opaque and slightly golden on top (don’t overcook).
4. Serve
Brush with extra melted garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
💡 Pro Tip for Extra Juiciness:
Baste the lobster halfway through cooking with the melted garlic butter from the pan — it keeps the meat tender and packed with
