🍴 Oven Baked Garlic Butter Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano/thyme)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil on both sides.
3. In a small bowl, mix garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Rub evenly over pork chops.
4. Place pork chops in the baking dish. Pour chicken broth around them.
5. Place butter pieces on top of the pork chops.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
7. Remove foil, increase oven temp to broil, and cook for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
