🦞🦀🐟 Seafood Alfredo with Lobster, Crab & Salmon
Ingredients:12 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 salmon fillet (about 6–8 oz), skin removed, cut into chunks
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half-and-half (or more cream for richer sauce)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional, for seafood flavor)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
---
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
2. Cook the Salmon
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon chunks, season with a little salt and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
Pour in cream and half-and-half, stirring. Simmer gently 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add Seafood
Gently fold in lobster, crab, and cooked salmon. Warm through for 2–3 minutes.
5. Combine with Pasta
Toss drained pasta into the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen.
6. Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges for brightness.

✨ Tip: For extra richness, you can add a splash of white wine to the sauce after sautéing garlic.
