 Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells 


Ingredients:


20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained


1 pound ground beef or shaved steak


1 small onion, finely chopped


1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1 cup provolone cheese, shredded


1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


1/2 cup ricotta cheese


1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce (or cheese sauce of choice)



Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.



2. Cook the Filling:


In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or shaved steak) until browned.


Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.


Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.




3. Mix the Cheeses:


In a bowl, combine provolone, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese.


Add the cooled beef mixture and stir until well combined.




4. Fill the Shells:


Spoon the cheesesteak mixture into each cooked shell.


Arrange them in the prepared baking dish.




5. Top with Sauce:


Pour the Alfredo sauce over the shells evenly.


Sprinkle extra mozzarella or provolone on top if desired.




6. Bake:


Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.


Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.




7. Serve & Enjoy:


Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
