Quick & Easy Baked Potato 


Ingredients:


2 large russet potatoes


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper



Instructions:


1. Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Pat dry with a paper towel.



2. Poke & Season: Use a fork to poke holes all over each potato. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper for extra crispiness.



3. Microwave (Fastest Method): Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 5-7 minutes per potato, flipping halfway through. They should be fork-tender.



4. Crisp it Up (Optional): For extra crispy skin, transfer the potatoes to an air fryer or oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.



5. Serve & Enjoy: Slice open, fluff the inside with a fork, and top with butter, sour cream, cheese, or your favorite toppings.
