Quick & Easy Baked Potato
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Poke & Season: Use a fork to poke holes all over each potato. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper for extra crispiness.
