1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
½ cup beef broth
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)
---
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, toss the sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes for extra tenderness.
2. Sear the Beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the marinated beef and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Veggies
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
Stir-fry the onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
4. Make the Sauce
Pour in the beef broth, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Stir and bring to a simmer. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine & Serve
Return the beef to the pan, toss everything together, and drizzle with sesame oil.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice!
