Mozzarella Cheese Wraps with Chicken & Bacon
A delicious, low-carb, high-protein snack or meal!
Ingredients:
6 mozzarella cheese slices
1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or grilled
¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 2–3 slices)
1 tablespoon low-carb ranch dressing
1 teaspoon finely sliced green onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the mozzarella slices on the baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
3. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
4. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1–2 minutes (but not too long, or they’ll harden).
5. Add the filling: Spread a little ranch dressing on each melted cheese slice, then top with shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
6. Gently roll them up while they’re still warm and flexible. If they cool too much, pop them back into the oven for 20–30 seconds to soften.
7. Serve warm and enjoy your crispy, cheesy, and flavorful wraps!
