Chicken Potato Rolls



 Chicken Potato Rolls recipe that’s crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside.


Ingredients:


2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed


1 cup cooked and shredded chicken


½ teaspoon garlic powder


½ teaspoon onion powder


½ teaspoon black pepper


½ teaspoon salt


½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)


½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)


1 tablespoon chopped parsley or green onions


1 egg


½ cup breadcrumbs (for coating)


Oil for frying



Instructions:


1. Prepare the filling – In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, shredded cheese, and parsley. Combine well.



2. Shape the rolls – Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a roll or small log. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.



3. Coat – Beat the egg in a bowl. Dip each roll into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.



4. Cook – Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy. (For a healthier option, air-fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.)



5. Serve – Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
