Hot Crab Dip



Hot Crab Dip recipe that’s creamy, cheesy, and perfect for parties or cozy nights in:

Ingredients:


8 oz cream cheese, softened


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1/2 cup sour cream


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or your favorite seafood seasoning)


1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/2 cup green onions, sliced (plus more for garnish)


1 (8 oz) can lump crab meat, drained and picked over (or use fresh or imitation)

Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).



2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.



3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, cayenne, cheddar, Parmesan, and green onions.



4. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.



5. Transfer to a baking dish (8x8 or similar) and smooth the top.



6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden edges.



7. Garnish with extra green onions and serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or tortilla chips.
