Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Ingredients
2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and lemon wedges (for garnish)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F (272°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell in the middle and gently pull the meat up, placing it on top of the shell.
Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush garlic butter over lobster meat.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lobster is translucent and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
