🔥 Spicy Ranch Fire Crackers
Crispy mini saltines coated in a spicy, zesty ranch seasoning — perfect for parties, game day, or snacking anytime!
🧂 Ingredients:
1 (11 oz) box mini Saltine crackers
½ cup avocado oil (or any neutral oil like canola or vegetable oil)
1 ½ Tbsp ranch dip seasoning blend (dry mix)
1 ¼ tsp dried dill
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Seasoning Mixture
In a bowl or jar, whisk together avocado oil, ranch seasoning, dill, garlic powder, cayenne, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.
2. Coat the Crackers
Place the mini saltines in a large zip-top bag or container with a lid.
Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the crackers.
Seal and gently turn/flip the bag or container several times to evenly coat the crackers.
3. Let Them Soak
Let the crackers sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours, flipping occasionally to make sure the flavor distributes well.
For best results, let them sit overnight.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Once the oil is fully absorbed, the crackers are ready to snack on! Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
🌶️ Tips:
Use more or less red pepper flakes/cayenne depending on your heat tolerance.
Try with oyster crackers or regular saltines if mini ones aren’t available.
Serve with ranch dip, cheese cubes, or as a crunchy soup topper.
