🥣 Classic Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
¼ cup plain or flavored yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra fiber)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Fruit for topping (berries, banana, apples, etc.)
Nuts or granola for crunch (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener, seeds, vanilla, and salt in a jar or airtight container.
2. Stir well, making sure oats are fully covered.
3. Seal the jar or cover the container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
4. In the morning, stir and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.

Berry Bliss: Add strawberries, blueberries, and a spoon of peanut butter.
