1. Prepare the Filling
1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and lightly spray or grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, do the following:
Melt the butter.
Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; cook for about 4 minutes until softened.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook briefly.
Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and nutmeg.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken and frozen peas.

Mix flour, baking powder, dried parsley, and garlic powder.

Place biscuit rounds (cut or dropped dough) on top of casserole.
