Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz egg noodles
3 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Sear the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce & Cook Noodles
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add egg noodles and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
3. Add Butter & Chicken
Stir in butter until melted and sauce is creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the noodles.
Let everything warm together for 2–3 minutes.
4. Serve & Enjoy
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy your quick, hearty, one-pan dinner!
