Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes



Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes*:


*Ingredients:*

- 6 to 8 slices of ham, chopped  

- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced  

- 1 medium onion, chopped  

- 1 cup grated cheese  

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)  

- ½ cup milk  

- Salt and pepper to taste  

- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or herbs for extra flavor


*Instructions:*


1. *Prepare Ingredients:*  

   Peel and slice the potatoes, chop the ham and onion.


2. *Layer in Slow Cooker:*  

   Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray or lightly grease it.  

   Layer half of the potatoes on the bottom, then half the ham, onions, and cheese. Repeat layers.


3. *Mix Sauce:*  

   In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk. Add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.


4. *Pour Sauce:*  

   Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layers in the slow cooker.


5. *Cook:*  

   Cover and cook on *low for 6–7 hours* or *high for 3–4 hours*, until potatoes are tender.


6. *Serve:*  

   Stir gently before serving. Add extra cheese on top if desired.
