1 cup full-fat milk (or unsweetened almond milk for dairy-free)

2 tbsp unsalted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

1/3 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)


📝 Instructions:


1. Combine: In a small saucepan, add the milk, butter, and sweetener.

2. Heat: Place over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sweetener dissolves.

3. Simmer: Reduce heat to low and cook for 30–40 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens and reduces by almost half.

4. Cool: Remove from heat, pour into a jar, and let it cool — it will thicken more as it cools.
