**Coconut Cake Recipe**
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup sugar
* ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
* 3 eggs
* ½ cup coconut milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in vanilla and coconut milk.
4. In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
5. Gradually add dry mix to wet, then fold in shredded coconut.
6. Pour into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool, then frost with coconut cream or whipped frosting if desired.
