Philly Cheese Steak Crescent Ring
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely sliced
1 green bell pepper, finely sliced
1 lb shaved beef steak (or thinly sliced roast beef)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Optional for serving: melted butter, sesame seeds, or a side of cheese sauce

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the filling:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 5–6 minutes until softened.
Stir in the shaved beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.


3. Assemble the crescent ring:
On the prepared baking sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in the center (points facing outward).
Spoon the beef mixture evenly around the wide ends of the crescent dough.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Fold the pointed ends of the crescents over the filling and tuck underneath to form a ring.


4. Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Brush with melted butter if desired, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.


5. Serve warm with extra cheese sauce or ketchup for dipping.
