๐ฏ Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
3 cups frozen corn (or canned/drained, or fresh)
2 oz cream cheese (about ¼ block), cubed
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey until combined.
2. Add the corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized.
3. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve warm as a side dish.
